What's Included In Your Cottage

We want your time here to be a relaxing one, so we have provided the following:

A welcome pack of tea bags, coffee and sugar, biscuits, a pint of fresh milk in the fridge
A starter pack of 1 x toilet roll (2 in Cart Lodge), 1 x kitchen roll, washing up liquid, scourer/dishcloth, cling film, foil

In addition, each property provides

Bed Linen, duvets and pillows - Beds made up ready for arrival
Towels - 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person. If you are planning on going to the beach, please bring towels to take with you. If you are staying in Little Bengate Barn and bringing your dog, please bring and use a separate towel for them.

Bin Bags
Salt and Pepper, vinegar, cooking oil, some cooking spices
Hand Soap for both bathroom and kitchen
Hairdryer
Flat Screen Colour TV/Freeview and DVD player
Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Toaster in all cottages
Dishwasher in The Cart Lodge only (supplied with a starter amount of dishwasher tablets)

A selection of books and DVDS
A basket full of leaflets and brochures on the surrounding area (attractions, food and drink, events etc)
A guest folder with information on the local area, useful telephone numbers and housekeeping information for the cottage
Laundry Service (small extra charge)
A large private parking area,
Space within the parking area for canoes, or for them to be stored on the roof of your car, if you are in the area to paddle around the Norfolk Broads
Ironing Board and Iron available on request
We also have a large paddock area on which you are able to have a run around, kick a ball, play tennis, or sit on a blanket and have a picnic - see if you can spot the rabbits at the bottom of an evening, or the local pheasants having a wander!

For guests with young children

Due to being in a rural area with no street lights, it is recommended that you bring a torch with you.

If you are celebrating a special occasion, we can help to arrange for a surprise, such as flowers, chocolates, champagne to be in the cottage on arrival, or delivered during your stay. A small service charge applies.

If you are staying for 7 days or more and are thinking about ordering groceries online to be delivered ready for your arrival, please contact us to arrange this so that we can agree a time slot for the delivery and we will be here to accept it on your behalf. All large supermarkets deliver here. We will then put the shopping away for you.
